I was throwing paperclips and staples in to the machine while it was running
and experienced what appeared to be a short circuit of of some kind. After
extinguishing the fire and clearing the smoke from the room I determined
that the problem was related to a faulty motherboard. They failed to
insolate the component leads sufficiently enough to protect against metal
fragments being poured on top of the board. |
